This tutorial was written by me on April 25 2015 , using my own ideas. Any resemblance to others is coincidental and accidental. This tutorial assumes you have a working knowledge of psp and is written in PSPX6.
"Make A Wish" tube by Kim Harlow - I purchased this tube when Ms. Harlow was with CILM. Unfortunately she is no longer selling tubes. If you do not have this tube, please use any black and white tube you choose
Scraps Elements of choice - I chose String Pearls and Stars from PTU scrap kit "Black Skull_Y" by Amy Marie

EC = Eye Candy
GG = Gradient Glow
DS = Drop Shadow
C/P = Copy and Paste
FF = Flood Fill
ANL = Add New Layer
AS = Animation Shop
Open blank 600x250 image
FF Black
ANL
Apply film brush
Duplicate
Mirror
Align with previous film edge
Merge down
Repeat
Selection tool_Rectangle
Select the first film space
C/P tube placing so parts you like are showing in space
Invert_Delete_Select none
Repeat for remaining 2 frames
Merge tubes together
Opacity_60
Selection Tool
Select around all 3 frames
ANL below frames
FF Black
Nose_65
Select none
Merge frames, tubes, black rectangle together
Duplicate
Mirror
On bottom frame_Free Rotate_Left_10
Place as you like
Merge together
C/P String Pearls
Place directly above black background
Duplicate twice
Highlight top pearls layer
DSB Flux_Bright Noise_55
Repeat for other 2 pearl layers clicking "MIX" each time
Close bottom 2 pearl layers for now
